conditions.  For the avoidance of doubt, any viewing of any terms and conditions
via electronic media including, without limitation, the world wide web, clicking
“accept” on a website, or using the Software after being advised that such use
shall constitute acceptance of certain terms and conditions, shall have no
effect whatsoever on the terms and conditions of this License.

that such software or other software that is combined or distributed with it
be: (a) disclosed or distributed in source code form; (b) licensed to any person
for the purposes of making derivative works thereof; (c) redistributable at no

license or covenant not to sue.
